Doing things that make you feel good help to cultivate a positive mindset. I believe that by taking care of yourself and more importantly what you feed your mind are key to a life filled with Possibilities.

 

 

I will be blogging around the things I have learnt over the last 8 years around my Anxiety, the root causes of it,  and the impact it has on my Health and Wellbeing. I  offer thoughts and insights into what works well and not so well. It isn't always easy but I hope that by my sharing these thoughts, It can be of help to someone.
